This is complete private apartment and not shared at all.

The space: This is small apartment in a congested location :-) still most of our guests are happy staying here, and of course satisfying everyone is not possible still we are trying our best.

Small Security deposit: We are super-host, we value our customers a lot, we saw sometimes customers feel uncomfortable in giving security, Please feel comfortable to pay the security & keep trust for the refund :-), this is really very important and only touched if any damage is found in property else 100% refundable at checkout.

You are a good person i know who will not do any damage but not everyone is like you :-)

1-2 days stay = Security deposit is 500
3-7 days stay = Security deposit is 1000
8-15 days stay = Security deposit is 2000
16-30 days stay = Security deposit is 3000


Electricity Bill: We often faced the problems like mistakenly forgetting Geyser/ heaters/ AC after switching ON, hence we were bound to keep the electricity free to a limit so that guests can always have it in mind that unwarted usage will add to expenses. 2 units is enough for a day average usage.
You have a separate meter which you can click photo at entry and exit for reference.


Centrally located: Super-mart, Big Bazaar, multiplex malls, Movie places, FoodStreet, Restaurants, Grocery Shops, GYM, Library, Park, Market place, Hospital, Medical store, sports complex, fuel pump, all nearby. Near DLF mall of India, Railway station, Akshardham, Hotel Holiday Inn, Star city Beers & Wines complex, Body SPA.

Walking distance Metro Station/Bus stand, 7-8 minutes walk.
If take E-rickshaw then just 2 minutes.


Parking: 2 wheeler indoor parking is available only, we don't have 4 Wheeler parking (So 4 wheelers can be parked out on roads on owner's risk, though we never saw any thefts but again I should not guarantee on that. )


Safety: We are trusted for safety, Building is fully secure, 100% safe. Females travelling alone to delhi can have a safe stay here.
Also Landlady & family stays on 1st floor and can be reached anytime in my absence (though i am available on phone all time).

Building: Neat & Clean, all time Water, Power Backup only to lights + Fans only, 100% safe and homely.
Fridge, Hi speed Wi-Fi internet , Cooking Gas, Washing machine, small Sofa, Geyser, Almirah, dressing mirror, soaps, towels, indoor plants, working station, extension cables & boards, loaded kitchen, beautiful terrace, complete privacy, safety, security.

This is on 2nd floor & Building has No lift/ elevators. Old people may find issues in climibing stairs but rest others will like the stay, taking luggage is just one time effort. If helpers available thne they can help with carrying luggae tere but if not available then all self service.


Apartment is completely private and personal with no interference. It has 2 bedrooms; Master bedroom has 1 double bed 6ft x 6 ft (3 can sleep) and other bedroom has 1 single big bed 6ft x 4ft (2 average people can sleep).
AC is only in 1 Master Bedroom. Best for 2 to 3 people who can sleep in one room in AC.

Apartment carpet Area is 600 sq Feet, compact small appartment but good. Enough for 2-3 ppl.
Small & good Bathroom+Toilet, 7ft x 3ft, my brother is above 100KG so he finds the toilet not very easy to use.

Kitchen: Private Kitchen in flat is there, all required utensils are available but not cooker.
Gas is chargable, little usage is like Rs 50/- for 1 or 2 days stay where you can manage to cook maggie/ tea/ coffee/ boiling milk.
Proper full meal cooking gas is Rs 90 per KG, 1 KG is enough for full meal 3 times per day for few days.


Very important details: Check-in can be adjusted maximum is 11 am and check-out is 10 am, call us in advance for adjustments so that we can check possibilities.

We provide basic functional good flat; this is for those who do not want to spend much on stays and not for those who want a lavish stay. We keep price too less i.e. 849-899/- because stay is basic one, please see pictures.

Information for those who are not familiar with Delhi crowd, Locality is bit old delhi types old types like other colonies of Delhi ex Karol Bagh, Lajpat Nagar, Laxmi Nagar & not high posh area like greater Kailash, etc.
Area looks crowded but it is 100% safe. Very good flat for work from home and study purpose as well.
Many like the stay so much (refer reviews) very less people do not like ( and this is expected anywhere).

For CAB pick/ drop point, need to walk with luggage 30 seconds only / even less. It is not at building gate.

Swingy/ Zomato delivers doorsteps, option is home cooked food in reasonable price is also available from a nearby vendor.
Location is too convenient to Delhi / Noida/ Gurgaon/ Ghaziabad.
We arrange cabs to outstations as well.

Best for tour Delhi, work in Delhi, very economic place to stay and purchase things.

Has a very good roof garden to sit and gossip with some cups of teas/ Beer Mugs.
